If you are unable to find the answer to your question, please send it to us by using the feedback form.

Are your works original?

Yes. Each piece is a unique thinking journey and no two works will ever be the same, even if they are done at the same time with a similar colour palette or materials. Prints and some original pieces can be purchased here. A small selection of works are available at Saatchi.com via the link below. Commissions can be requested via the contact page.

Why does art cost what it does?

Each artist takes a different path on their journey. It has taken over three decades to discover and hone my style. The cost of a painting reflects the time, mastery and exclusivity of the work, as well as the costs of materials and other overheads.

How do I place an order?

Visit the shop and select what you love. Place it/them in the basket and follow the instructions. Artwork orders are processed via PAYPAL and merchandise is processed by a third party. Please be sure to read their terms and conditions prior to completing your purchase. For commissions, buyers will be sent an invoice with details of how to make payment.

What payment types do you accept?

Each platform provides its own payment solutions. Paypal and all major credit and debit cards are accepted. Only commissions can be paid for by bank transfers.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free, no matter where you are in the world. However, other local fees may become due on delivery and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that we cannot post to P.O. boxes and deliveries will require a signature.

How are paintings posted?

To minimise shipping and insurance costs, paintings are rolled and posted in a hard, sealed tube. Once received, they need to be unrolled gently and wiped down with a damp and then dry lint-free cloth. Please ensure your painting is mounted by an experienced frame maker.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Commissioned items may take 6-8 weeks to complete, during which buyers will receive updates.
It takes a further 10-15 days for delivery to be completed by the carrier. Most items will be delivered within this time frame. Delays may be caused by weather or local administrative procedures such as customs checks. A tracking number is provided to enable buyers stay updated on the progress of delivery.

Do you accept returns?

All commissioned sales are final. You will be kept informed throughout the process and the final version of the artwork would have received your approval prior to shipping.
Paintings purchased on other platforms may be returned in accordance with the applicable terms.
Any other works may be returned within 30 days of receipt provided there has been no damage. The buyer is responsible for packing the painting appropriately and the cost of return shipping charges. A refund minus a fee of £250 or 15% whichever is the lesser, will be processed once the painting has been received in unmarked condition.

How do I care for my painting?

All paintings are sealed with UV varnish to protect them. However, exposure to direct light, oils and dust can degrade the pigment over time. To keep your painting looking its best, hang it away from direct light sources and keep away from greasy hands, strong solvents and oils. Wipe it down with a damp and then dry lint-free cloth every 6 months.

Will I have to pay any taxes and duties?

Most, if not all countries, impose duties and value added taxes to imported items over a certain value. Any sales outside the UK are likely to incur such costs and the buyer is responsible for paying them. Please check with your local customs office for details of any fees due, for which you may become liable. Some carriers pay the charge for a small fee and issue an invoice later. Please ensure any fees due are affordable for you, as we cannot accept returns under these circumstances.
